Limousine Rental Terms and Conditions

All booking hold a 30% NON refundable deposits. A cancellation fee of 50% if within 72 hrs.Client has to Provide the driver with the Same Credit Card that was given upon booking to sign a Security Slip. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Sanitation fee is $250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer in cash/credit card.

The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is prohibited in any of our vehicle or limousines. Passengers must be prepared at scheduled pick up and drop off times in order to avoid extra charges or termination of services.

Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet, an additional charge of $35 to $75 will be charge for every additional 15 minute delay depending on the size of the limousine used, this ranges from a sedan to a limousine coach.

The Limousine Company is not responsible for the delay or termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). The Limousine Company is not responsible for articles/belongings left in the limousine. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. A 407 Charge will be applied to clients whom request the use of the 407 ETR, the admin charge is $ 50.00 per entry, reservations changes may not be available on last minute requests.Balance is to be paid in full together with a security imprint of the customer's credit card against any damages upon the driver's arrival prior to the service commencing.
